FRANCISCO MENDOZA

CEO of Vita Health Fund, where his focus is on the creation and consolidation of companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care, and cosmetics industries.

He served as Chief Executive Officer for more than 10 years at Landsteiner Scientific, a pharmaceutical laboratory with annual sales exceeding US$120 million.

Francisco joined the family office of a group of Mexican entrepreneurs to manage mergers and acquisitions transactions. As part of the family office’s investment portfolio, he served for five years as CEO of companies in the cosmetics, personal care, and home care sectors.

Francisco spent more than 10 years in the financial sector, working at Casa de Bolsa Inverlat, Casa de Bolsa InverMéxico, Arrendadora Somex, Banco Mexicano Somex, Santander, and Actinver. He held management positions and specialized in corporate finance, corporate banking, investment banking, leasing, and factoring. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in restructuring, financial reengineering, organizational optimization, strategic planning, and business plan development.

Francisco served as a member of the Metropolitan Board of Directors of Banorte and as former Vice President of the Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Laboratories (AMELAF). He currently serves on the boards of Imagina Leasing, Cetana Construcciones, and Arrendadora Actinver, and is a member of the Credit Committee of Banco Actinver.
